Intimation of Notification through email

After a few days gap I visited today the Forum.
I found one Notification was waiting for me from 14th Nov. onwards.
Well, is it possible to intimate through email about the pending Notification?
On the same day I could have read it.

I'm not sure what Robert's comment was about. It looks like he was just testing so I removed it.

I'm glad JasperP was able to hook you up with email notifications. They sure do come in handy :)
