IOS6 versus IOS7 with 1PW4

My iPhone still on IO6 ( its 'legacy' per Apple as 3GS model ;( but my iPad is running IOS 7

My iMac is running 1PW4 beautifully.
Can I get the latest 1PW4 for my two IOS devices only to find out 'issues' like with synching ?
