Upgrade to 4.0 failed

I can no longer open the app , edit passwords, or see passwords. What is the fix?

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password! I'll need a bit more information to help you sort this out:

    • Please list the version numbers of 1Password and your operating system for all computers and devices that currently have 1Password installed.
    • (If you have 1Password on multiple devices) Are you able to access 1Password anywhere, or is the same problem occurring across all devices?
    • Are you seeing an error message when you try to log in?
