Pixelated Icons

When I drag an icon into a Software License pane, the sheet shows the icon pixelated:

The Finder shows the icon OK:

I'm aware that icons become pixelated in OS X, the Finder started showing pixelated icons AFTER trying to drag the icon into 1Password. Clearing the .thumbnailcache didn't help, I'll have to run Onyx to clear a ton of caches and then restart to get rid of the pixelation in the Finder.

10.8.5, all updates, MacBook Pro 15 Retina, MacBookPro10,1
