Which is the "default vault"? Can it be changed?

Hi,
if I click on the key icon in the Mac menu bar or on the key icon within Safari sometimes the "Primary" vault is the one that asks for the password, sometimes it is a second vault where most of my logins are in.

Question: Is there any stable means to tell 1P4 for Mac (the Agilebits version, not the MAS version) which vault should be the default one, popping up first and asking for the password when clicking on the keys?

By the way: It should not be necessary to click on the key icon a 2nd time again after I have selected another vault. After having changed the vault, 1P should know that the next mandatory thing is to enter the password for it, so there is no point in requesting another click from the user to request a password entry (?)
