v.4.0.5: Repository empty after restart. | v.4.0.8: 1password cannot open database anymore
Hello,
my 1password repository contains about 80 entries. After restart of 1password it seems to contain 9223372036854775807 of entries. But the list is empty. In that case I have to restore the repository from a backup.
Synching is off.
After upgrading to version 4.0.8 I cannot start 1password anymore. I get the error message:
Error Domain=SQLLite Code=3850 "disk I/O error" UserInfo=0x7fdc18c30a30
My OS X account is a network account, so perhaps there is a sandbox issue.
OS X version: 10.9
Is there a solution for these problems?
Thanks
Christoph

Hi @chl1,
I would like to apologize for the delay in responding to you here but we have been a bit overwhelmed since the launch of 1Password 4 for Mac. We're all working hard and putting in extra hours to get back to our usual snappy responses and we really appreciate your patience.
I'm so sorry that 1Password is misbehaving for you right now. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
Download the 1Password Troubleshooting utility and follow the instructions to generate the report.
Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
