upgrade pricing?

I noticed a closed discussion offering 50% off the upgrade price.

I've been a registered user for years, and did not receive a notice about the new version, or about the 50% off upgrade.

Is that finish?

You can enter your version 3 license code at the AgileBits web store to see all your upgrade options.

I'm not quite sure if that sale is still on or not. The link above will tell you the price once you enter your code.
