Capital One Signin not working

This is a massive Credit Card company (https://servicing.capitalone.com/c1/login.aspx). That page is where the company directs users for their credit cards to sign-in from their home page. I have a card there. 1Password used to sign in easily, now 1Password will enter the password automatically from my saved login, but the username has to be separately entered from 1Password by cut and paste. Is there a fix for this?

I am able to get 1Password to automatically fill both the username and password there.

Please try creating a new login for that site using these instructions:
