I use a MacBook, PC, iPhone and iPad. I understand that the iPhone and iPad probably use the same app but if I needed to sync my passwords across the MacBook, PC and iPhone/iPad so I can access the program and my passwords across platforms, do I need to buy a MacBook version, PC version and iPhone/iPad version? 3 different versions of the same program?

If so, how do I sync all my passwords across the various platforms?

    1. Yes, 3 purchases: Mac OS X, Windows, and iOS.

    2. If you only use Apple devices (Mac and iPhone/iPad) you can use iCloud or Dropbox. If you use non-Apple platforms, Dropbox is your only syncing choice. Wi-Fi sync is possible in one case, OS X -> iOS. It is not possible to sync data from one Mac to another Mac, or from Windows to an iOS device.
