Extension issue

Hi. I've downloaded and installed the extension for 1Password.
But there's a red '1' on the key icon, and I can't see anywhere what it means. When I click on the icon, it asks me to enter the master password. When I do that, it then says 'connecting' and then counts from 1, until eventually it just hangs.
Any idea what's wrong?

It sounds like you might have the 1Password 3 browser extension installed. Try downloading the version 4 one here:
