Safari extension installing old version

I upgraded 1Password from 3 to 4. I installed 1 Password Mini, which works fine. However, when I try to install the Safari Extension I get this message box:

Then the extension that is installed is version 3.9.19, rather than the new version. (I am uninstalling the old extension each time before I try to install it.)

Any ideas?
