Weird UI on Safari prompt when not authenticated

I got this prompt after I logged into a site in Safari. It wasn't clear to me whether I could type in the space under "Save as new login", or what I should type. I assumed I should be typing the name of the site, but it turns out it was a password prompt, which I discovered by trial and error. Typing added whitespace, but not password placeholder characters. Clicking on what looks like a dropdown, or the arrow to the right of it, had no apparent effect.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Could you tell me just a bit more about your setup there? I'd love to know what the version number of 1Password you are using, (as well as the version numbers of your operating system and of Safari, just in case.)

    Do you see this consistently each time you try to save a new Login?
