Webpage with two user id fields

I have a webpage that 1PW can't handle. It has one password and two ID fields. 1PW writes the username into the two user id fields.
Is there a way to make this work? A way to edit the form fields?

LastPass has no problem with it. Here a screenshot of the form fields.
