All of a sudden...30 day notice!
Have owned and used 1Password for a long, long time. All of a sudden I'm getting this notice: "30 days left. Buy now." Emails are not answered on from Agilebits so far. This is not good. Any suggestions?

I've just been bitten by this. Pointing 1P at my licence file cured it temporarily, but it's come back (presumably after 1P locked – I haven't restarted the app). I guess we can live with this for 30 days...

Hey guys,
Are you running the 4.1.2.BETA-2 beta with this issue? Please try restarting 1Password mini and let me know if that helps. Thanks!

I have no license code as I understand it...as I bought from iTunes/Apple.

Restarted 1Password mini....does not help.

Thanks, @kentp.
That's the beta version from our website with the issue I previously referred to. :)
If you do have the MAS version installed and would like to use that instead of the beta version please refer to these instructions:

I did not know this was previously referred to. I don't get on here and look at everything posted. I'm sure others don't either. Thank you for taking the trouble to reiterate.

I followed the directions completely. Reinstalled 1Password 4. Now I am missing data.

Hi, @kentp.
I'm sorry your data is missing after the 1P4 beta to MAS migration. So we can help you get this sorted out through email please send a Diagnostics Report from your Mac; instructions are here:
Sending us your Diagnostics Report to help us help you!
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forum, but do include a link to this topic in the email so we can "connect the dots" when we receive it. A quick comment here mentioning that you've sent it would also be helpful. Thanks in advance!

Hi,
I'm seeing the exact same problems as above; since installing 1Password 4 (Version 4.1.2.BETA-2 (412002)) I see a "Trial Mode (30 days remaining)" reminder and a "Buy 1Password now!" button under 1Password mini. I have previously purchased and used the Mac App Store version, which I deleted in order to install the beta builds, I'd like to continue using the beta so that I can continue to provide feedback, but I cannot see a way to get rid of these messages without purchasing a second copy of 1Password, is there a way to generate or download a 1Password licence file via the MAS version?
Thanks,

Hi, @rgreen.
Please see this topic for how to use your MAS purchase receipt to get a license for the website (and beta) version of 1P4:
Convert from MAS to direct version?
I hope that helps. :)

I'm finding this as well. I'm not using a MAS version and I'm also on 4.1.2-BETA2. My license is only a few months old so I assume this cannot be the case.

Hi, @StevenPlunkett.
Please see the post about this issue:
License Prompt in 1Password for Mac Beta
I hope that helps. :)

What is MAS?

It's the acronym for Mac App Store in the Apple universe, @kentp. :)

Thanks, sjk, for the correction; I came racing back over here to make it right, then saw that we apparently can't edit posts.

I restarted and now it says I have 29 days left. I'm using 4.1.2 BETA and thought I had purchased all I needed.

Hi, @tgreen19.
If you've previously purchased 1Password 4 from the Mac App Store the 4.1.3 BETA update can detect the 1P4 MAS purchase receipt. Please refer to this post for more information:
