Is 1Password for Windows a separate purchase from 1Password for iOS?

I bought the app for my iPhone and want to use it on my 2 windows computers. What do I do?

    Thanks for purchasing 1Password for iOS! :D

    Since Apple provides no way to bundle apps on the App Store with apps outside of the App Store, 1Password for Windows is necessarily a separate purchase from 1Password for iOS.
