If you mean you want to move an item from one 1P4 category to another, you can't do that. There's a discussion about it in this thread, together with an indication of why it's not a straightforward thing to facilitate. Apologies if I've misunderstood what you want to do.

Stephen, Thank you for your prompt reply. I'm not used to working with 1P4 and Mavericks on a MacBook Air when I was working with 1P2 and 1P3 and Leopard on ; so this is a big change for me. I think I was trying to move an item from a category to a folder. I thought I was missing something, but if it can't be done now, no problem. I'll redo the entry in some other way.I went to the other threads and now I understand more, but I'll be learning more yet every day. I'm not sure I even mastered all of Leopard! Thank you for your comments and patience.
