Trouble importing data from 1P3 into 1P4 and with Chrome extension

I just upgraded to 1password4 from 3 paid $40 for it and now cant get extension in chrome and cant import data to 4. to be very honest WAHF really we are not all geeks that use ur product so some links and help would be appreciated that works i followed the web site but no luck so now i cant open 4 have all my info in 3 and have no extention in chrome and $40 poorer! merry xmas lol!

- Here's a guide on how to Uninstall 1Password 3 browser extensions, you can download some shiny 1Password 4 extensions here
1Password 4 should automatically detect data in 1Password 3 and offer to import it for you. If it doesn't, you can help 1Password find existing data.
