I am starting to replace older passwords as notified by the security audit. Yet when I change them they are still showing all the old details and the passwords are not updated or the age of the password is still showing as 3 years plus even though I change it today.

I'm so sorry to hear that your passwords don't seem to be updating correctly. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report? This will allow us to get a better look at what's going on with your installation of 1Password.

Download the 1Password Troubleshooting utility and follow the instructions to generate the report.

Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
