Master Password for MacBook Air not syncing

I'm trying to use iPassword on my new MacBook Air. I was thinking that I could use the same master password that I use on my mac desktop but it's telling me it's the wrong password.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties getting 1Password set up on your new computer. If you are accessing the same datafile with both computers, you should be using the same Master Password to open the database. I'd love to get just a bit more information about your situation to see if we can't track down where things are going sideways:

    • Do you have any other computers or devices using 1Password?
    • Do you have more than one vault set up and syncing on your Mac desktop?
    • What are you using to sync your data from your desktop to your new MacBook Air?

    Once we have a few more details, we should be able to get you all sorted out :)
