How to move data to Primary Vault

I'm using 1Password 4.1 (410009) (MAS) with OSX Mavericks and trying to move my synching from Dropbox to iCloud but I am getting the errors that I can only synch with the Primary Vault. All my passwords are in a legacy vault called 1Password but I can not effectively move everything to Primary. Backing up and restoring or exporting and importing only recreated the 1Password vault even if I deleted it and restored or imported into Primary. Sharing seems to be buggy because most shared records in the Primary vault are missing fields, especially usernames, not to mention that I can only share one record at a time. Is there any fix for this?

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty getting your 1Password database organized.

    Backing up and restoring or exporting and importing only recreated the 1Password vault even if I deleted it and restored or imported into Primary.

    Exporting your database as a .1pif file and then importing into your primary vault should have got everything sorted out for you. I'd like to take a closer look at your system just to see where things are getting tangled. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?

    Download the 1Password Troubleshooting utility and follow the instructions to generate the report.

    Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
