Trouble with 1Password 4 for Mac setup

I just downloaded 1password 4 for mac. All I get is the Welcome screen with a list of features. According to the help manual I should be able to access a screen to setup as a new user. However, I can't get to this screen and have no ability to create a new vault or set a master password. I've give this app 1 star in the app store and will see if I can get Apple to refund my money. Very frustrating. Sigh.

I'm so sorry you're off to a bit of a slow start with 1Password 4. It might just need a nudge to finish the setup. :)

Does the welcome page you're seeing have the Awesome! Let's Get Started button in the bottom right corner? After clicking it you'll be able to continue with the setup, which has instructions here:

Thanks for your help! I was able to find the button. It's not very obvious on a retina display.
