Hi,
1 password works great for most of my logins. It has issues with those that insist on extra security questions but i can work around that.

My problem is with the site http://support.coppertreeanalytics.com/
Every time i try and log in, the site prompts with a login box and i can't get 1P-4 to fill in the username and password. I must open the app, find the username and password and manually type them in.

I have use 1 password since v2 but this is a new site i am using and i can't seem to tweak 1password to make it fill inthis info.
Any ideas?

This issue seems to be similar to this issue:

Thanks in advance,

  • Hey @ddoonn,

That site uses an HTTP authentication prompt, which is not supported by 1Password. Unfortunately you will have to copy and paste your data to fill those type of logins.

The 1Password extensions in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox are unable to integrate with these types of login windows at this time. This feature is dependent on the browsers allowing it via their APIs, which are not currently offered. But AgileBits has said they will investigate the possibility of supporting HTTP (basic) Authentication for the future.

    Hope that helps! :)
