iPad sync not working on iCloud

Hi,
I've got iPad set up to use my iCloud account on both my Macintosh and my iPad Air.
When I add a new logon entry on my Mac, the new logon does not appear in my iPad Air.
I've tried clicking the sync button on both my mac and my iPad multiple times and it doesn't work - the new logon(s) do not appear
I've tried deleting 1Password from the iPad, rebooting the iPad, and then reinstalling 1Password. The new logons still do not appear.

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting your iPad synced up. First of all, let's confirm that you are logged in with the same iCloud account on all your computers and devices. If you're like me and have somehow collected multiple Apple accounts, this might be where things are getting mixed up. :)

    If you are logged in with the same account, let's try giving iCloud a bit of a kickstart on your iOS device:

    • Go to Settings > iCloud > "Documents & Data", toggle to off.
    • Delete 1Password for iOS.
    • Reboot your iOS device.
    • Reinstall 1P, but don't launch.
    • Back in Settings, toggle "Documents and Data" back on.
    • Wait 20 minutes to give data time to load onto device.
    • Launch 1Password.
