Upgrade license (Mac AppStore -> Bundle)

I currently have 1Password 4 for Mac Single user license (from Mac AppStore) and 1Password for iOS(from AppStore).

Since I recently purchased Windows PC, I want to upgrade to "1Password Mac + Windows Bundle" upgrade license, but it seems to require a "License Code" to view my upgrade options. I don't recall receiving any license code from AppStore.

Is it possible to use the "upgrade license" when my initial purchase was on Mac AppStore? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Email us your Mac App Store receipt. We are happy to provide the bundle price to you on a Windows license. (There is no need to purchase the Mac+Windows bundle, though. You would end up paying for a Mac license twice if you did that.) :)
