Suddenly unable to fill forms in Chrome

I rebooted this morning for a Mac system update (to 10.9.1, though I suspect that's unrelated). Now I can't fill any forms in Google Chrome. The 1P extension tells me the browser's code signature could not be verified. I tried rebooting, reinstalling the latest versions of both Chrome and the 1P extension. No dice.

Any other ideas?

    Our developers have been doing a great job squashing bugs lately. Please make sure that you have the latest and greatest version of 1Password: 4.1.2 for purchasers from the Mac App Store, and 4.1.3 for users who purchased directly from our website. Let me know if you are still seeing this after the update, and we'll of course investigate further. :)
