Realize sync over dropbox is not current, what next?

I have my 1P sync setup over dropbox.
I have Mavericks running on my home machine, Snow Leopard running on my laptop and ios 7 on my iphone.

Somehow these devices are not using the current 1P database and I have no idea why? 1P opens on all three, there was never any warnings on any device, but I just realized that password that I am saving at home are not appearing on my iphone or my laptop.

What is the best way to systematically make sure I am using the latest 1P DB and to make sure that all three are using the same DB from now on??

TIA

Henry

    Hi, @silsurf.

I'm sorry you're having trouble keeping your 1Password data in sync with Dropbox.

Which version of 1P4 are you running on your Mavericks system? If 4.1 (from the Mac App Store), this could be at least part of the reason for the syncing issue:

1Password Losing Sync Permissions after System Restart [MAS]

After disabling and reenabling Dropbox syncing in 1P4 on your home Mac (option 1 in the article) do you see all your data in 1Password on your Snow Leopard Mac and iPhone? Also, try running Help > Troubleshooting > Clear Cache on your SL Mac to see if that helps.

If you don't notice any difference please send a Diagnostics Report from your Mavericks Mac and we'll help get this sorted out through email; instructions are here:

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forum, but do include a link to this topic in the email so we can "connect the dots" when we receive it. A quick comment here mentioning that you've sent it would also be helpful. Thanks in advance!
