http://www.firstib.com - I can't auto login because it fails to fill in the username. It works fine on the failure screen (which just has a login/password box and not much else).

Please try creating a new Login using the steps here: Saving a new Login manually I was able to create a working Login for the site you listed - please let me know if you're still having trouble!
