I would like to apologize for the delay in responding to you here but we experienced a surge in support requests recently. We're all working hard and putting in extra hours to get back to our usual snappy responses and we really appreciate your patience.
In 1Password 4 we switched from using license keys to license files. If you're still using a key then you may not have purchased the upgrade yet. You can enter your license key on our upgrade page to see your available discount on all our 1Password 4 licensing options.
If you have already purchased the upgrade, please send an email to support@ agilebits .com with the name and email address that the purchase was made under, and we'd be happy to help track down your license file.
