weird screen look & no logins!!!!

I've been using 1Password for my Mac & my iphone for a few years now. My hard drive crashed (software related) & I've had to re-load all my software. I'm thinking, "Wow...I'm lucky that I have all my logins & software licenses saved in 1Password." I re-loaded my 1Password 4 from the website (it worked like a charm last week), double clicked on my registration file and linked it to my keychain, saved in Dropbox. Now my 1Password looks weird & I have no logins?!!! There is a string of numbers that have also appeared over the trash can, as well as at the top of my sidebar (see below). I've re-installed the software 2x now & it still looks the same. By the way, my logins are still working on my phone. Can someone please advise? This is the very first issue I've ever had.

Download the 1Password Troubleshooting utility and follow the instructions to generate the report.

Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
