Feature suggestion: previously used entries in 1Password Mini

It would be nice if Mini could show a couple of previously used records. Oftentimes, the URL of the login page is different from the one stored in 1Password. Very common situation with google, by the way. Hence, when I'm on the login page, I have to manually copy the login and password from 1password or 1password Mini. Currently, it goes like this: I open the Mini, type in the search query to find the record I need, then copy the login name and paste it on the page. And then go all over again that procedure to copy the password as well. It's a bit tedious.

So having a short list of recently used entries would be a great boon. Thanks!

    Hi, @maratm.

Thanks for the suggestion. Here's a similar one:

Feature request: sort by recently used in 1Password mini

Oftentimes, the URL of the login page is different from the one stored in 1Password.

Maybe it would be helpful to change the website fields for those items, or possibly add additional ones:

Add multiple URLs to a Login item

Currently, it goes like this: I open the Mini, type in the search query to find the record I need, then copy the login name and paste it on the page. And then go all over again that procedure to copy the password as well. It's a bit tedious.

Here's something from another reply that might reduce that tedium a bit …

This workflow can be handy for working around filling issues and other uses:

    • Open 1P mini.
    • Use right-arrow to open item details of a matching item in 1P mini.
    • Down-arrow to navigate to a desired field.
    • Tap Return to copy the field.

And for repeated usage the details window can be "anchored" on screen by clicking the bottom anchor area (where its icon is) to the right of Edit. Bonus tip: hold the Option key to reveal hidden fields before anchoring a 1P mini window and the fields will remain revealed.

    I hope that helps. :)

Thanks for the tips. I missed the fact that it is possible to add multiple URLs. Also, the anchor thing is very handy indeed.

    You're welcome, @maratm.

If you haven't already looked through Help > Welcome to 1Password 4 (or the What's New in 1Password 4 for Mac? page) you might spot other things there that are worthwhile. :)
