Can not sync attachments.

Hello,

I am having this issue with 1 item that is a bank acount and as an attachment that doesn't sync with the IOS version.

I have forced the sync, insert a tag in the item to force changes in the sync deleted the app in my iphone and reinstaled and that attachement does not sync and i need this to sync can you help me with this.

I am syncyng from dropbox.

    Hi @nunopaulo,

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble here. You mention that you are only having difficulty with one attachment. Do all other attachments sync correctly? I'd like you to try a small test for me:

    • Duplicate the item in question (this will copy all the details, but not the attachment)
    • Re-attach the attachment
    • Does this entry sync correctly?
