multi-part user id

Hi:
I cannot figure out how to make 1Password work for this site:

https://www4.aeroplan.com/home.do

It requires a 3-part user id and automatically moves from one field to the next. When I try to set it up manually 1Password remembers only the final field of the aeroplan number as the user id.
