Keeps saying connecting

I have a mac and a mac air.

my mac is working fine with the 4.1.2 version.

My mac air still has a 1 on top of the Key. And when uninstalled and reinstalled the extension ..now when I click on the key it just says connecting and has a count. It has been counting up to over 900…..

What can I do?

Can I just unistall everything and reinstall and it will sync form my mac?

Hey Stacey,

It sounds like you still have the 1Password 3 browser extension installed, you'll need to get version 4 instead. These links should help:

THANKS so much that worked. I thought I did that but I must have just reinstalled 1Password 3!!!
