Double-clicking on a login results in multiple windows/tabs in Firefox

Every time I double-click on a login when Firefox is closed, it opens with 2 login windows. If Firefox is already open and I click on a login, 2 tabs will open with the same login information. Both Firefox and the 1Password browser extensions are the latest versions. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks.

That's a known issue with 1Password's go & fill feature when using Firefox. See this discussion for details:
