Is this bug reproducible?

Not sure. It persists for me, but I don't know how it happened or how to reproduce it.

Which devices did this bug appear on and is it reproducible on any devices?

I see it on an iPhone 5c. Don't have my iPad available right now to test.

A quick summary of the bug:

Some of my icons are oddly squared off, as if they are showing through a rounded-corners mask or something...

These icons don't appear this way in 4.3.2 or Mac/4.1.2.
