Bug: Can't create an item from category views

Is this bug reproducible?

Which devices did this bug appear on and is it reproducible on any devices?

Tested on iPhone 5c

There is no button to create an item (plus icon) on the navigation bar when viewing a category or 'All Items.' The button is in the navigation bar on the 'Categories' overview.

Detailed Step-by-step instruction on how to reproduce it:

  1. Open 1Password and unlock
  2. Tap the 'Categories' tab. In the navigation bar there is a button to create a new item.
  3. Tap 'All Items' or any category. The button is gone from the navigation bar.
