Sync from iMac to Macbook Pro a nightmare
Completely confused! Running both iMac and Macbook on iOs 10.8.5, iCloud running, purchased 1Password4 from App Store.
When try to sync from iMac to Macbook and clicking the Wi-Fi Sync, the following message appears which has nothing to do with the laptop: bla bla bla … Enter the secret shown below".
As many have done, I also spent hours and hours over the past days to find out what is going on. Although I am very happy with the software, I am not happy at all with the current situation. My mother tongue is not English, I am travelling shortly and want to have my passwords on my Macbook; this was one of the main reasons why i bought 1Password4. Update checked today on both and is stated Updated!, (version 4.1.3)
Anyone can help is very much appreciated,
Thanks and greetings from Cyprus

In order to save time and have an immediate solution why not use folder sync just to get the passwords on to the MacBook? I don't believe wi fi sync works between Macs, but only between a Mac and an iOS device.

Yes, the WiFi Sync is only for syncing to your mobile devices.
Since you have your iCloud account on both Macs, have you checked out iCloud Sync in the Settings?
