Instead of opening I get "Connecting..." with numbers going up

When I click on the 1Password icon in my Firefox toolbar, I get the normal 1Password window but it won't let me type in my password. Instead, there's a running count "Connecting ...."

If you're using 1Password 4, make sure you have the version 4 browser extension installed:

I just reloaded 4.0.1 but it doesn't help.

Hmmm. The Mini icon in the top menu bar seems to work! So I guess I'm OK. Thanks much.

It sounds like you still have the v3 browser extension installed. Please uninstall that:

Uninstall the v3 browser extensions
