Error - When looking at full list of 'Logins' category, incorrect User Name showing in summary

I created a new Login category item.

In the full listing of items within the Logins category, this new item is showing an incorrect User Name.

Previously created items within this category are showing the correct User Name

Further info on the defect.

The User Name that it is showing is the User Name of a recently deleted Login item

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Could you tell me if the username is incorrect only in list view or is it also incorrect in the detail view for that particular login?
