“1Password” is damaged and can’t be opened. Delete “1Password” and download it again from the App

Apparently my "update" seems to have crashed my 1Password. My question is how to not have to redo all my passwords - is there a way to avoid this? I'm running 1Password on my Mac with OSX 10.8.5.

    Did you do as suggested, delete the app and re-download it? So long as you don't let an app cleaner remove key files simply deleting the app won't delete your data.
