Downloaded version 4 cant get old file to import

Good afternoon. I just formatted my mac and installed version 4 of 1password. I saved the .agilekeychain file before i formatted but i cannot get it to import into version 4. Also i have a product key in a email from when we first purchased but in 4 it wants a key file and not the alpha numeric key i have.

    Hi @rdecker,

    To get started with 1Password 4, please see this guide:

    Setting Up 1Password 4 for Mac

    Basically, when you start 1Password for the first time, choose I've used 1Password before, then This Mac, and point 1Password to your .agilekeychain file.

    1Password 4 uses a license file. A license key is for 1Password 3. If you purchased 1Password prior to 2013, you will need to upgrade your license, and then you'll receive a license file.
