Synce 1Password on OSX 10.9.3 to IOS7 iPhone
Attempting to wi-fi sync 1Password 4 Version 4.1.3 (413002) with iPhone 5s with 1 Password for ios.
Ios asks me to enter “secret”, and generates 2 “secrets
OSX10.9.3 (in settings, wi-fi sync) presents a “secret” and ability to get a “new secret”
There is no place to enter a “secret” on either device.
ios 1 Password NOW allows enter Unlock code which goes to a black screen (unlock took me to page permitting entering Settings, 10 minutes ago)

It sounds to me like you might be using 1Password 3 on your iOS device. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi sync was completely re-designed between version 3 and version 4, so it is not possible to sync across versions. To sync with 1Password 4 for Mac, you will need 1Password 4 for iOS.
If you would like to continue using 1Password 3 for iOS, you will need to install a legacy version of 1Password 3 for Mac and sync using the Wi-Fi Sync that was designed for 1Password 3. Then you can ensure that 1Password 3 for Mac and 1Password 4 for Mac stay in sync using either Dropbox or Folder Sync.
