program not working - filling problems with Safari

I am new to this program, I entered several logins as instructed, and each worked nice on a try, but I have discovered they only
worked once and will no longer fill in the login info. I am using safari, had the extension loaded, thought that might be the problem so I uninstalled it I sent 2 reports but have heard nothing, and there seems to be no one to call
