1Password 4.1.3 Crashing on Unlock

1Password 4.1.3 Crashes on Unlock after computer startup, or after wake from sleep.

Will successfully open after re-launch.

Happens 9 out of 10 times, since upgrade from previous version several weeks ago.

Yes, I have done all disc utility steps; verify disc, repair permissions, etc...

(Have sent email from [REDACTED] with crash report, and referenced this topic in that email.)

OSX 10.8.5 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 MBP, 8GB RAM
