Repeated Safari extension installation

About every week or two I have to re install the Safari extension. What goes wrong and what can I do about it. When I hit the Icon in Safari it just stops acting normally. I just reinstall extension and all is well for a week or two.

    I'm sorry to hear that the Safari extension has been misbehaving for you! I'd love to take a closer look at your logs to see just where things are getting messed up. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
