How to delete master password and start again

I accidentally created a master password (using copy and paste from a Word document) that has a carriage return in it. While it works to open 1Password as an application it doesn't work in 1Password mini.

Also it isn't recognized when I try to change the master password in Preferences. So what I need to do is delete the master password and start all over. I haven't yet stored any data in the master vault I created.

How do I delete my master password and start again from the beginning by entering a better master password choice?

    I'm sorry you can't change your Master Password that contains a carriage return or use it in 1P mini to unlock. Fortunately you caught it early, before having any 1Password data to be concerned with. Thanks for reporting this issue; I'll file a bug report.

    To change your Master Password you'll need to reset Password 4 as a new user. See the Starting over guide for instructions.
