    Which software was hacked recently? Is anybody out there?

    I'm not sure what you mean about software being hacked recently. Are you talking about something with 1Password?

    If you're trying to get a refund for 1Password, you'll want to send an email to AgileBits: support@agilebits.com

    They don't deal with refunds, licensing, etc. in the forums.

    I split your other post from that other thread since it didn't really have anything to do with the other thread and we are always here providing help, support, and customer care. I hope my reply to you within less than an hour is a strong indication of this. :)
