2 macs 10.9 with 1P app store don't sync

I have 2 Mac, an iMac and a MacBook, both running Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks and the latest MAS version of 1Password. I am syncing through Dropbox. I have added both logins and software licences on either computer. However, these entries do NOT sync between both computers. I have already tried to reset the sync, by disabling and re-enabling Dropbox sync.

What is wrong?
