iCloud syncing does not sync anymore

Using 4.1.3 on Mac OS Mavericks plus the latest versions of the apps on iPhone and iPad. I've changed a password for one entry on one Mac and added an entry on another one. They do not sync. When I check the preferences on the Mac OS apps, I see them saying to have just synced as do the iOS apps. However, none of the changes leaves the Mac on which they were entered.

    Have you tried switching iCloud syncing off then back on for each device? Please let me know.
