Is there a workaround to force syncing?

I'm trying to troubleshoot Dropbox syncing issues in 4.5B36, but it's a major pain without being able to initiate a sync manually. Currently my workflow is...

  1. Make a change to an item on iOS beta
  2. Force quit iOS beta app
  3. Open iOS beta app again
  4. Unlock
  5. Check 1Password Mac to see if the change synced

This is too much work. Is there a workaround to force a sync on the current beta release? If not, perhaps the dev team could slip a sync button or a workaround hack into the next beta to lessen the burden on testers. I don't think I can stand this workflow anymore.

    By the way, I know that in the public release, editing an item causes a sync. Not so for me in the beta. That would be a fair workaround (still a pain).
